Position Overview:
The VP of RevOps will be responsible for building, leading, and optimizing our Revenue Operations function to support revenue growth, improve alignment across departments, and enhance efficiency across our go-to-market teams. This executive will play a critical role in ensuring that Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product are working in sync, enabling predictable revenue generation and fostering a customer-centric strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in RevOps for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, and an expert in building and scaling efficient revenue systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall Revenue Operations strategy in alignment with company goals. Create a roadmap for cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve efficient revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Design and implement robust data infrastructure and analytics to provide insights into revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and business growth. Utilize data to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Architect and optimize end-to-end processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation and sales conversion to customer retention and expansion, to maximize revenue potential and enhance operational efficiency.
• Tech Stack Management: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of revenue-related technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to enable efficient operations and ensure seamless data integration across teams.
• Forecasting and Financial Planning: Own the revenue forecasting process, working closely with finance to develop accurate revenue projections and growth plans. Develop financial models to support revenue strategy and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaboration and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create a unified approach toward revenue growth. Ensure clear communication and shared objectives across all go-to-market teams.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team. Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the RevOps organization.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building and scaling Revenue Operations in high-growth companies.
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS business model and key metrics for growth, retention, and expansion.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and forecasting.
• Expertise in revenue tech stack management, including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, capable of turning complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
