Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Product, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our entire portfolio. You will work closely with executive leadership, product managers, engineers, designers, and customers to develop and execute on a product strategy that delivers exceptional value. This role requires a leader with a strong product management background, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, and a proven track record of driving product success in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals. Set strategic priorities and develop a roadmap that positions our products as the go-to solution for our target market.

Product Development and Innovation: Lead product discovery and development efforts, fostering a culture of innovation. Use data-driven insights, market analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine existing offerings.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives. Serve as the primary product advocate within the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Customer-Centric Approach: Establish processes and frameworks for continuous customer feedback and market research. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact.

Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team. Provide guidance on best practices, foster a collaborative environment, and encourage professional growth and development.

Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies. Ensure new features and products are effectively communicated to customers and positioned to maximize adoption and value.

Metrics and Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs that track the success of the product portfolio. Use data to drive decision-making and continuously iterate on the product roadmap to improve performance and drive growth.

 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven experience developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue and customer growth.

• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including customer acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Excellent leadership skills, with a history of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product management.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Experience working directly with customers and a demonstrated commitment to customer-centric product design and development.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
