With a strong global presence, we are expanding our leadership team to drive our growth strategy in the EMEA region. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of EMEA to spearhead our business development, sales, and operations efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring we achieve our regional goals and scale effectively.

 

Job Summary:

As VP of EMEA, you will be responsible for driving the overall growth strategy in the region, managing and expanding the sales and customer success teams, and executing go-to-market strategies. You will oversee revenue generation, regional market penetration, customer success, and operational excellence. This role will require a proven leader with extensive experience in the B2B SaaS industry and a deep understanding of the EMEA market. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborate with global leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership: Lead the overall business strategy and operations for the EMEA region, ensuring that revenue, market share, and customer success goals are met or exceeded.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives in the EMEA region. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key markets and industries.

Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales, customer success, and operations professionals. Foster a strong, results-driven culture, and ensure the team is motivated to achieve targets.

Market Penetration: Identify and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the EMEA market. Understand local market trends, regulations, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Customer Success: Oversee regional customer success initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure that EMEA clients are maximizing value from the SaaS solutions.

Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships in the EMEA region to drive growth, expand market reach, and accelerate customer acquisition.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global product, marketing, and operations teams to align on product development, market messaging, and regional strategies.

P&L Management: Manage the regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Regional Operations: Ensure operational excellence in the region by overseeing all key functions, including sales operations, customer support, and legal/regulatory compliance.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for the EMEA region, aligning with the overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities and risks, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reporting to the executive team on key metrics, including revenue performance, market conditions, and team performance. Deliver accurate forecasts and recommend adjustments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry.

• Proven track record of leading regional teams to achieve high revenue growth in the EMEA market.

• Strong knowledge of the EMEA market, including cultural, regulatory, and business landscape differences across regions.

• Experience managing large sales teams, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and hands-on leadership.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and align regional operations with corporate objectives.

• Experience with P&L management and a strong understanding of SaaS financial models.

• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience scaling SaaS companies in new or emerging markets.

• Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling).

• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and long-term strategic planning.
