About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Partner to join our team and lead talent acquisition and development in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment. As a key member of the People team, the Talent Partner will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent while also shaping our talent management strategy. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, identifying skill gaps, and aligning our talent acquisition strategy with the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for all key roles, with a focus on attracting high-caliber candidates for technical, sales, and product roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and implement talent strategies to support organizational goals and long-term business growth, particularly focusing on high-impact roles and departments.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and transparent hiring experience for candidates, maintaining high standards for communication, feedback, and experience.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and HR to build and promote a strong employer brand through social media, job boards, events, and partnerships.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to refine talent acquisition processes, track performance, and provide strategic insights on talent trends.
• Talent Development & Retention: Partner with the People team to develop and manage talent retention programs, internal mobility, and learning & development initiatives.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI efforts in recruitment, actively seeking ways to improve hiring processes to attract diverse talent.
Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment or tech industry.
• SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the skills required in a SaaS organization, including knowledge of technical roles, product management, and sales functions.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience using ATS systems and recruitment metrics to track progress, analyze data, and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Flexibility and Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and high-volume recruitment needs.
• DEI Commitment: A demonstrated commitment to DEI in recruitment and talent development, with experience designing inclusive hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies in competitive markets.
• Certification in HR, talent acquisition, or similar areas.
