Job Summary:

The Solutions Architect is a key technical resource responsible for understanding the customer’s business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions using our SaaS platform. You will work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure the successful deployment of our software, designing solutions that meet both functional and technical needs. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of SaaS products, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and goals. Gather and analyze customer needs to architect tailored solutions.

Solution Design: Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that leverage the full capabilities of our SaaS platform. Ensure the solution aligns with the customer’s business and technical objectives.

Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, collaborating with the sales team to present customized solutions and respond to RFPs and technical inquiries.

Implementation Support: Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure that the solution is deployed successfully, providing technical guidance and ensuring that project milestones are met.

Integration: Design and oversee integration of our SaaS platform with other systems in the customer’s technology stack (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Customer Success & Support: Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams post-sale, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to ensure long-term customer success.

Product Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to product management based on customer interactions, helping to influence the roadmap and prioritize feature development.

Documentation & Training: Create and maintain solution design documentation, technical guides, and training materials to support customer onboarding and enablement.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine solution design and implementation processes to improve customer outcomes and streamline delivery.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or solutions architecture role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or software company.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software architectures, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software integration (e.g., APIs, webhooks, data flows).

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and application development frameworks.

• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific platforms or technologies relevant to the company’s SaaS product.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).

• Knowledge of security best practices in SaaS, including data protection, authentication, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
