About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations (RevOps) Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. As a RevOps Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline and optimize our revenue-generating processes. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure alignment, manage complex projects, and support data-driven decision-making to accelerate our growth.

 

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead high-impact RevOps projects from concept through execution, using project management frameworks to define scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize and align revenue-generating processes, creating a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to reduce friction in the revenue cycle, supporting scalable growth in a data-driven, tech-enabled environment.

Data and Analytics: Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to design, implement, and leverage dashboards and reports for key revenue metrics; drive insights for executive and team decision-making.

Systems Management: Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of tech stack tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.

Revenue Planning: Partner with RevOps leadership to facilitate forecasting and pipeline analysis, ensuring alignment on revenue targets and resource allocation.

Change Management: Manage change initiatives, ensuring that all teams are informed, prepared, and engaged for smooth project adoption.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency at all project stages.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in RevOps or a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes in a B2B SaaS context.

• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
