We are looking for a highly analytical and driven RevOps Data Analyst to support our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team in creating and optimizing data-driven insights, fueling our growth, and improving our go-to-market effectiveness.

 

Position Overview:

The RevOps Data Analyst will play a critical role in our RevOps team, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is highly proficient in data analysis tools, and has a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline revenue processes and improve operational efficiencies, supporting our overarching growth strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools).

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the entire customer lifecycle, including lead generation, sales conversion, customer retention, and revenue growth.

• Monitor revenue metrics and provide insights on trends, patterns, and outliers that can drive data-driven decision-making across departments.

2. Revenue Operations Optimization

• Support RevOps team in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

• Leverage data to streamline and improve processes, enhancing alignment and collaboration among revenue-generating teams.

• Conduct analyses to identify gaps and recommend improvements in the sales funnel, lead qualification, and handoffs between teams.

3. Forecasting and Pipeline Management

• Assist in forecasting revenue and pipeline, conducting analyses to evaluate the accuracy of predictions and identifying factors impacting performance.

• Work with the RevOps team to create data models that predict revenue growth and support financial planning.

4. Data Quality and Governance

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools, platforms, and integrations.

• Partner with the CRM and data engineering teams to implement and maintain data standards, improve data cleanliness, and resolve inconsistencies.

• Create and enforce data governance best practices to maintain the reliability of data assets.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders in sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to understand their reporting needs, and translate requirements into insightful analytics and dashboards.

• Provide ad hoc data insights, reports, and support for strategic initiatives, product launches, and campaign performance.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops function at a B2B SaaS company.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a keen eye for trends and patterns.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to optimizing processes and workflows.
