About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic B2B SaaS team, taking the lead in shaping, enhancing, and driving the development of our software products. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to identify opportunities, define product strategies, and create solutions that deliver significant value to our business customers.
As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of our customers, translating their needs into innovative product features and enhancements that solve real business problems and drive growth. Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision for our product(s) based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Set a strategic roadmap that aligns with the company’s objectives.
• Roadmap Management: Create, communicate, and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances short-term requirements with long-term goals, ensuring cross-functional buy-in and alignment.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, gather insights, and validate solutions. Be the advocate for the end-user, ensuring our products exceed customer expectations.
• Feature Development & Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and design to testing and release. Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Partner with engineering teams to develop, test, and deliver high-quality features. Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and product goals.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape, emerging trends, and potential opportunities. Adjust product positioning and strategies as needed to maintain our competitive edge.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and metrics to analyze feature performance, user adoption, and customer feedback, using insights to make informed product decisions and improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and feedback. Present progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within an agile framework.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or Trello). Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Customer Focus: Proven track record of translating customer feedback into valuable features. Experience with customer journey mapping, user personas, and empathy-building techniques is an advantage.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with experience in metrics-driven product decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, and feedback tools.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to executive teams and influencing decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and solve complex problems. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
