About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Director to lead and expand our B2B SaaS product portfolio. This is a senior role where you will be responsible for shaping and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support our business objectives and create exceptional value for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for our B2B SaaS product(s). Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform and adjust product strategy as needed.

Customer & Market Research: Drive customer-centric product development by gathering insights through research, data analytics, and direct interactions with clients. Identify emerging trends and customer pain points to shape product innovations.

Product Development & Execution: Lead and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Oversee product planning, prioritization, and requirements, ensuring efficient execution in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring clarity in roles, fostering career growth, and building a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Communicate product updates, performance, and vision clearly to all stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and market research to prioritize features and make informed product decisions, ensuring continuous improvement.

Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to craft compelling messaging and strategies for product launches and demand generation. Support the Sales team with product expertise, training, and content for customer engagement.

KPIs & Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key product performance indicators. Use data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product dynamics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic product vision, roadmap, and success metrics that align with business goals.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans. Familiarity with analytics tools and product KPIs is essential.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience building, leading, and motivating high-performing product teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences that solve real-world challenges.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
