Job Summary:

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s product offerings, drive revenue, and expand our market reach. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the success of these partnerships and align with the company’s long-term objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive impactful collaborations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Development: Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and accelerates growth through new channels and collaborations.

Partner Identification & Acquisition: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with complementary SaaS vendors, technology providers, and industry leaders to enhance the value of our product offering and increase market exposure.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through partnership-led initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, joint ventures, and integration partnerships.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and successful integration of partner solutions into the company’s product offering.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that are beneficial for both parties, ensuring clear terms on deliverables, revenue-sharing, and other contractual obligations.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities for new partnerships that provide a strategic advantage.

Partner Enablement: Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and training they need to successfully promote and sell the company’s solutions. Develop partner onboarding programs and enablement strategies to drive engagement and success.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance and impact of partnerships, tracking key metrics such as revenue contribution, lead generation, and partner engagement. Provide regular reports to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.

Event & Conference Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote partnership opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.

• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue and market growth.

• Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, including integration partnerships, co-selling opportunities, and referral programs.

• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize based on strategic importance.

• Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).

• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize partnership performance.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with technical partnerships, such as API integrations and product collaborations.

• Understanding of key industries or verticals that align with the company’s product offerings.

• Familiarity with partner marketing strategies and co-branded campaigns.
