About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent to lead our talent acquisition and people operations functions. As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance team, driving the company’s recruitment and talent development strategies, and fostering a culture that attracts and retains top talent. You will work closely with the leadership team to align hiring and talent management with our long-term business goals, ensuring that we attract the best talent to drive the continued growth and success of our B2B SaaS solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy, focused on attracting high-caliber candidates across all levels, from technical roles to leadership positions.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruitment and talent development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations while providing guidance to enhance their impact and efficiency.

Employer Branding: Establish and promote the company as an employer of choice in the competitive SaaS industry. Leverage employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates and increase engagement with our brand.

Hiring Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure a consistent talent pipeline that meets our business demands.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives across all hiring and employee development practices, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.

Employee Development & Retention: Implement talent management strategies that focus on employee growth, engagement, and retention. Build a framework for professional development, succession planning, and career pathing.

Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes, measure hiring effectiveness, and report on key metrics to executive leadership.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experiences, utilizing best-in-class tools and techniques that increase hiring speed and quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders across departments to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, role requirements, and strategic workforce planning.

 

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and people operations, ideally with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company or tech industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment efforts, building strong candidate pipelines, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional people management skills with experience building and leading talent teams; ability to inspire, motivate, and coach team members to achieve their best.

Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term talent strategies aligned with business objectives and rapidly changing market conditions.

Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in using data and analytics to measure recruitment and retention success, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and present to executive stakeholders.

DEI Advocate: Deep understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

SaaS/Tech Industry Experience: Prior experience in a SaaS or tech company is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the talent needs and challenges in a B2B environment.

Global Hiring Experience: Experience in managing global recruitment and building international teams.

Relevant Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.
