Position Overview:
The Head of Product will be responsible for setting and executing the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product aligns with business goals and customer needs. This role is key to the company’s growth and success, as it will lead the development of innovative products, drive market differentiation, and own the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, capable of balancing both long-term vision and short-term execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, aligning it with the company’s mission, market trends, and customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify competitive trends and customer insights that inform our roadmap and positioning.
• Own and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to continuous improvement.
2. Leadership and Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Product Analysts.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the product team, ensuring clear communication, goal alignment, and a focus on innovation.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on product goals and strategies.
3. Product Development and Delivery
• Define and prioritize a product roadmap that supports growth objectives and delivers value to customers.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product features.
• Drive a data-driven approach to product development, using metrics to guide decisions and validate product-market fit.
4. Customer-Centric Approach
• Champion customer insights and feedback as a key driver in the product development process.
• Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns to refine and improve the product.
• Work with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure product enhancements align with customer feedback and use cases.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Define and track key product KPIs (e.g., engagement, retention, satisfaction), ensuring that the product team is aligned on goals.
• Prepare and present product performance updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Use analytics and performance data to continually optimize the product for growth and market fit.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration.
• Proven ability to define, articulate, and implement a product vision that aligns with business goals and drives revenue.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and understanding KPIs.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS products, with a track record of innovation and customer-centric development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
