As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic alliances, reseller relationships, and technology partnerships.

 

Job Summary:

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company’s market presence. This role involves creating strategic alliances with key players in the SaaS ecosystem, including technology providers, resellers, and service partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs in the B2B SaaS space and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives. Identify new partnership opportunities and verticals for expansion.

Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology, reseller, and channel partners to extend the company’s reach and capabilities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, managing communication, expectations, and performance.

Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, product integrations, and bundled offerings.

Revenue Growth: Drive measurable revenue growth through partnerships, developing incentive programs, and creating mutual value propositions that lead to high-impact deals.

Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align partnership efforts with company objectives and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.

Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell and implement the company’s SaaS solutions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of partnerships. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem. Use this information to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations with partners to establish agreements that are favorable and sustainable for both parties.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.

• Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with technology alliances, resellers, or system integrators.

• Strong network within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions ecosystem.

• Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, and partner incentive programs.
