As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, brand awareness, and market positioning.

 

Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and drives lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, brand development, and digital marketing. You will lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy that supports the company’s business goals, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand positioning in the B2B SaaS space.

Demand Generation: Oversee the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, etc.) to generate leads and increase the sales pipeline. Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion.

Brand Management: Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand identity and awareness, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Promote the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Product Marketing: Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, create compelling product messaging, and support sales with collateral and training.

Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, etc.) to engage target audiences and drive organic traffic.

Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising. Continuously measure and optimize digital marketing performance to improve ROI.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance.

Data & Analytics: Leverage marketing analytics and data insights to track the performance of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics (e.g., lead conversion, customer acquisition cost, marketing ROI) to executive leadership.

Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, including developing lead nurturing strategies, optimizing lead handoffs, and improving sales enablement.

Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across channels, and all marketing spend is optimized for maximum impact and return.

Partnerships & Events: Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and event marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and reach in key markets.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology companies.

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

• Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and product marketing.

• Ability to lead and manage a high-performing team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-backed decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

• Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and techniques.

• Expertise in developing global marketing strategies and managing multi-market campaigns.
