Job Description:

As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, strategically build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. We’re looking for someone who has a strong track record of hiring for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS environment and can operate with urgency and precision in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

 

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other revenue-generating roles.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and GTM strategy.

Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define the hiring process, and ensure an efficient and effective recruitment strategy.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from application through to onboarding, by delivering clear communication, timely follow-ups, and feedback.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and People Operations to develop and promote our employer brand, particularly for GTM roles, to attract high-caliber talent in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes, improve hiring efficiency, and report progress to leadership on GTM hiring goals.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitors, to provide strategic insights and recommendations on attracting top GTM talent.

Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to support our commitment to building a diverse GTM team.

 

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

SaaS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations).

Recruiting Skills: Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent, with experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing strategies.

Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation.

Diversity Focus: Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience implementing strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
