As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand visibility.

 

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. You will work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and support the company’s overall growth strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid ads).

Lead Generation: Develop and implement campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.

Campaign Management: Oversee all paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), ensuring they are optimized for ROI and aligned with the company’s target audience and goals.

SEO & SEM: Lead the company’s SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility, improve keyword rankings, and drive traffic to the website. Manage SEM efforts to boost traffic and conversions.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop engaging, high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars) that drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Email Marketing: Own the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns, including nurturing sequences, newsletters, and automated workflows that drive engagement and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts. Use data insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and support decision-making across the marketing team.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and improve the website, landing pages, and other digital assets to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize the company’s marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to drive personalized, scalable marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms, building engagement and fostering relationships with target audiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs, sales goals, and product updates.

Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across campaigns and channels.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.

• Proven success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

• Strong experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media campaigns, with a deep understanding of best practices and optimization techniques.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• Experience with content marketing, lead nurturing, and email marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

• Experience with A/B testing and website conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with design and video editing tools for marketing purposes (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
