Position Overview:

This is a vital position within our leadership team, requiring a balance of empathy, analytical ability, and strategic vision to build a people-first organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic People Leadership
• Partner with the executive team to align people strategies with business objectives, driving sustainable growth and scalability.
• Lead and implement people-centric initiatives and programs that align with our mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making, optimize workforce planning, and measure employee engagement and retention.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent, especially in technology, product development, and customer success functions.
• Strengthen [Company Name]’s employer brand in the B2B SaaS industry to attract top talent and make the company a recognized employer of choice.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and set up for success.
3. Culture & Employee Experience
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and accountability, where all employees feel valued and empowered.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, including professional development programs, well-being initiatives, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) strategies.
• Establish and maintain feedback loops, enabling open communication and an employee-first approach to problem-solving.
4. Organizational Development & Performance Management
• Implement scalable performance management systems that encourage continuous feedback, employee growth, and alignment with company goals.
• Design and lead leadership development programs, ensuring managers and leaders are equipped to drive high performance.
• Champion employee learning and development to support skill-building and career growth within the organization.
5. Compensation, Benefits, & Rewards
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent while remaining financially sustainable.
• Oversee the design of rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale and acknowledge contributions and accomplishments.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and industry standards while creating equitable and transparent reward systems.
6. People Analytics & Operational Efficiency
• Leverage people analytics to track the effectiveness of initiatives, monitor employee satisfaction, and inform workforce planning.
• Drive process improvements across the People Operations function, creating a scalable infrastructure to support a growing, global workforce.
• Manage budgets related to people operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related field, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
• Proven track record of leading HR initiatives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to leverage insights to improve processes and employee experience.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
