Job Summary:

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead our HR team and strategy, ensuring the development and execution of HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives and high-performance culture. This senior leadership role will drive talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention, ensuring our culture and values remain at the heart of our rapidly scaling business. As CHRO, you will work closely with the executive team to align our people strategy with company goals, optimize our workforce, and position us as an employer of choice in the SaaS industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership and People Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s growth, innovation, and talent objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on people-related matters, including organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

• Build and sustain a high-performing HR team, ensuring that the HR function is scalable and aligned with business needs.

2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in competitive SaaS markets.

• Develop data-driven workforce planning initiatives to align talent needs with business growth objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to hiring and development.

• Build an employer brand that positions the company as a top place to work for high-performing, diverse talent.

3. Employee Experience and Engagement

• Foster a company culture that aligns with our values and encourages engagement, inclusion, and continuous learning.

• Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, contributing to a positive employee experience.

• Drive programs focused on employee well-being, recognition, and belonging.

4. Learning, Development, and Performance Management

• Oversee the creation of learning and development programs that enhance skill-building, career growth, and leadership development.

• Build performance management frameworks that support a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and performance improvement.

• Identify and nurture high-potential talent, developing leaders and succession plans to support company growth.

5. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

• Develop a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that is competitive, equitable, and supports the company’s mission and values.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices across all regions where the company operates.

• Partner with finance to align total rewards strategies with budget objectives, promoting transparency and equity.

6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

• Champion DEI initiatives, creating a workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive environment for all employees.

• Collaborate with leaders to embed DEI principles into recruitment, retention, and employee development strategies.

• Implement measurable DEI goals, and assess progress regularly to build accountability and create a truly inclusive culture.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting

• Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions on workforce trends, retention, performance, and engagement.

• Implement HR metrics and reporting tools to provide insights to the leadership team on key HR initiatives and outcomes.

• Use data to continuously improve HR processes and demonstrate ROI on HR programs.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in scaling HR functions within high-growth SaaS or tech companies.

• Proven success in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, with experience in a B2B SaaS environment highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compensation, and benefits.

• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.

• Experience leading DEI programs and a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive workforce.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset and analytical acumen.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
