3. How long does it take to fill a role?

On average, we fill roles within 4 - 8 weeks, depending on the seniority and complexity of the position.

Salaries vary based on role and experience:

  • SDR/BDR: $50K-$90K OTE

  • AE (Mid-market): $120K-$200K OTE

  • Enterprise Sales: $200K-$400K OTE

  • Sales Leadership: $300K-$900K OTE

5. What should I expect in the hiring process?

Most SaaS sales hiring processes include:
