For our December Forum, we are excited to welcome Christina Pasanen, VP Talent at Notable Capital!
Christina is passionate about building high-performing leadership teams and supporting portfolio companies across the employee lifecycle. Prior to joining Notable Capital, Christina was at Uber where she worked across a variety of talent acquisition functions, including executive talent and leading the sourcing team for EMEA.
Christina began her career in the CEO and board practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York City and graduated with a B.S. from George Washington University and earned a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Amsterdam.
We are running the Session as an “Ask Me Anything”, but with a particular focus around Executive Hiring. Whether you are hiring Exec Level roles at a Start-Up or larger company, this is the session for you to pick Christina’s brains around stakeholder relations, role architecture and creating and refining processes.
