Vice President of Professional Services

Strive have partnered with a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) vendor seeking an experienced VP of Professional Services to lead and scale professional services function, Globally. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, improving billable utilisation of the ProServ team, and enhancing customer enablement globally.

 

The Company:

· £100M+ funding

· Market disruptor, acquisition / IPO on horizon

· Incredible leadership team

 

The Role:

· VP of Professional Services

· Paying up to £200K OTE (70/30)

· Goal is to Increase billable utilisation of the Professional Services Team

· Reduce time to implement / Time to value for customers

· Drive cross-collaboration among internal teams - Sales & Post Sales

· Change management focus, org structure, mindset and methodology of the function as a whole

· Implement best practices and KPIs to measure performance

· Work closely with the SVP of Client Services

· Fully remote, UK or Germany

· Right to work in either UK or Germany is required

 

About you (what makes you a good fit):

· 3+ years of experience in a Leadership role within SaaS

· Demonstrable evidence of leading and improving the performance of a Professional Services team within a SaaS business.

· Consultancy background highly desirable (focus on implementation, project management and onboarding)

· Strong project management skills to manage teams and streamline delivery workflows.

· Proven ability to reduce time-to-value and increase team efficiency.

· Experience of working with customers across SMB, MM and Enterprise

· Knowledge of SaaS products sold to the office of the CFO (Not essential, but favourable)
