Strive has formed a partnership with a venture capital-backed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company specializing in developer tools. We are currently seeking to expand their team by adding another talented SDR (Sales Development Representative). See the details below.

 

Role: Sales Development Representative

 

The Role & Package details:

  • $60k+ base + $30k OTE + Equity + Benefits (some flex)
  • 12 - 18 months progression to Account Executive
  • 4 SDRs were recently promoted to Account Executive within 11 months
  • Hybrid Role 2-3x/week (Downtown Boston)
  • 20 folks go in to the office so its a great way to learn and collaborate

 

Company and Product:

  • Product: Internal Developer Portal
  • History of success: $20m ARR, looking to double this year
  • 34% market growth monthly
  • 4.8/5 employee satisfaction rate
  • Experienced leaders there to coach you and promote you

 

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel 2-3 days/week to work in office (Downtown Boston)
  • Must have 1+ years of general sales experience
  • Must have proven success in sales roles
