Strive have partnered with a leading vendor within the Threat Detection space and have been tasked with finding a Head of Sales to join the team in the US.

The Role

  • Head of Sales | US | Remote
  • Manage and mentor a sales team of 6, helping them exceed targets and develop professionally. (Soon to be expanded)
  • Define and implement the sales strategy, aligning it with company objectives and ensuring it resonates with our target market.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, ensuring strong customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer feedback.

  • The CEO has built a career around curing the biggest cybersecurity headaches. His groundbreaking achievements in the fields of threat research and cybersecurity tools have redefined how companies approach cybersecurity.

 

Interview Process

  • 1st stage – Initial screening with Strive
  • 2nd stage – 45 min call with CRO
  • 3rd stage – 1-hour deep dive with the CRO
  • 4th stage – 1 hour call with CEO
  • 5th stage – F2F meeting with the team
