Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the Developer tool space and have been tasked with finding their first sales enablement lead.
The Role:
- GTM Training & Sales Enablement lead
- First hire in the function and opportunity to build
- Reporting directly into the CRO
- Pivotal role as the company reaches the next growth phase
The Company:
- Series B: $75M (Salesforce Ventures)
- Developer analytics/efficiency/productivity tool
- G2/Gartner leader
- 5/5 rating on Glassdoor
The Leadership:
- Both Co-Founders have scaled from first on the ground to $300 million acquisition previously
- All executives have a track record of building, growing & executing with startups
- Investor team invested in likes of Databricks, AppDynamics, Coinbase etc..
Interview Process:
1st Call: Discovery w/ Chief Revenue Officer
2nd: Call: Director of Revenue Operations
3rd: Call: VP of Sales
4th: Technical presentation
