The Role:

- Strategic Account Executive

- New business hunter position, focusing on signing new logo

- 100% of fully ramped reps over-achieved their quota in FY24

- 3 reps hit north of 200%+ in FY24

- 87% POV win rate

- >80% inbound leads

 

The Leadership:

- CEO is in the Forbes 30 under 30, Forbes 40 under 40

- CRO has built one of the industry leading data companies (9-figure ARR)

- All executives / investors have a track record of building, growing & executing with startups such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran etc..

- Most notable & successful investors in the industry (Sequoia / Insight partners)

- Angel investors include Former CEO @ Snowflake, Founder @ DataRobot, Founder @ Thoughtspot and many others.

 

Interview Process:

1st Call: Discovery w/ VP of Sales

2nd: Call: In depth call w/ VP of Sales

3rd: Panel interview (mock discovery)

4th: Call: Culture w/ CRO

5th: Referencing
